  • All our silk sarees are 100% authentic pure silk and come with a Silk Mark certification. We source directly from weavers in hubs like Kanchipuram, Banaras, and Mysore to ensure genuine quality.

  • What is Silk Mark certification?

    Silk Mark is a quality assurance label issued by the Silk Mark Organisation of India (SMOI) certifying that the product is made of pure natural silk.

  • We recommend dry cleaning only for pure silk sarees. Store them wrapped in a clean muslin cloth in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and do not use plastic covers or direct perfume sprays on the fabric.

  • We try our best to capture the exact colors under professional studio lighting. However, minor variations (5-10%) may occur due to screen resolution, brightness settings, or individual device displays.

  • Yes! We offer customized blouse stitching services. You can select the custom stitching option on the product page and provide your measurements, or reach out to our support team after placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
  • Yes, we offer free shipping across India for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Pre-stitched or customized items take 7-10 business days. Regular ready-to-ship sarees are dispatched within 24-48 hours and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.

  • Currently, we deliver across India. For international orders, please contact our support team at support@sareez.com or via WhatsApp to arrange custom shipping and checkout.

  • Once dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking link and tracking ID. You can also track your order directly on our 'Track Order' page.

  • You can change the delivery address within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched. Please contact our support team at support@sareez.com or +91 6374838096 immediately for assistance.

Payments & Cancellations
  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible pin codes in India.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Go to 'My Orders' in your account to cancel, or contact customer support.

  • We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange through the 'My Orders' section within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund is processed. For online payments, the refund goes back to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, we will transfer the refund via UPI or bank transfer after obtaining your details.

  • Sarees with customized blouse stitching, falls/picot applied, or items showing clear signs of usage/damage cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were delivered defective.
